Business Development Manager (UK&I)

Role Overview:

Are you a sales hunter ready to disrupt the cybersecurity game?
Join Ethiack as our Business Development Manager for the UK & Ireland. You’ll own the market, build lasting partnerships, and drive continuous pentesting adoption that makes companies safer and stronger every day.
 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the UK&I Market: You’re our boots on the ground. Build awareness, create demand, and turn "maybe" into "hell yes!".
  • Pipeline Mastermind: Start from scratch, nurture leads, and drive deals to the finish line. Outbound, inbound—you’ll dominate it all. 
  • Collaborate Like a Pro: Partner with marketing & product teams to tailor campaigns, refine messaging, and hit bullseyes. 
  • Be the Face of Ethiack: Attend events, build relationships, and become the trusted voice for proactive security solutions. 
  • Close Big Deals: Own the entire sales cycle—from the first handshake to the final contract—delivering value clients can’t ignore. 
  • Bring Insights Back Home: Share market feedback and play a key role in refining our UK&I strategy. Your voice matters. 
 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience (cybersecurity, fintech, or insurtech is a BIG plus).
  • You are located in the UK & Ireland.
  • Experience selling to technical teams: You’ve navigated conversations with CTOs, CISOs, Head of Cybersecurity, and other tech leaders, positioning complex solutions with ease.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and smashing targets. 
  • You consistently maintain a 3x pipeline, keeping your targets well within reach.
  • Expert at building pipelines from scratch: cold outreach, creative lead gen—you get results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) to keep your pipeline sharp and organized.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (like SPICED or Sandler).
  • Thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
